How many unsuccessful diets have you been on… or gym memberships that you bought and stopped using after a few weeks? Feeling better is not about quick fixes, it’s about forming healthy habits for life. That’s what the 21 x 12 Wellness Challenge is all about.

Here's how it works:

  • Attend monthly meetings and be introduced to a healthy habit that you put into action for the following 21 days (the time it takes to form a habit).
  • You’ll gain one new healthy habit per month for 12 months.
  • Along the way you’ll use our website to track your progress, share your experiences, and receive support to ensure every new habit sticks.
  • The program is led by Rebecca Bilodeau, the Holistic Dietitian, who has almost 10 years experience in helping people make positive life-long changes to improve their health and vitality.
