after a few weeks? Feeling better is not about quick fixes,
it’s about forming healthy habits for life. That’s what
the 21 x 12 Wellness Challenge is all about.
Here's how it works:
Attend monthly meetings and be introduced to
a healthy habit that you put into action for the following 21 days
(the time it takes to form a habit).
You’ll gain one new healthy habit per
month for 12 months.
Along the way you’ll use our website to
track your progress, share your experiences, and receive support to
ensure every new habit sticks.
The program is led by Rebecca Bilodeau, the
Holistic Dietitian, who has almost 10 years experience in helping
people make positive life-long changes to improve their health and
vitality.
